Fit Challenge: Using a mix of cardio and sculpting exercises, our 45 minute "boot camp" challenge will help you with your fitness goals. Activities include fat burning conditioning, upper and lower body strength training and finishing up with a cool-down and stretch. Each class brings its own unique challenges. No two classes are the same!

20/20/20: Three workouts in one! The 20/20/20 class is designed to give you the ultimate challenge and total body workout. Sweat through 20 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of strength training and 20 minues of core work and stretching. Every class is unique!
