The Fit Challenge class is a virtual small group fitness class incorporating a variety of exercise modalities suitable for any fitness level. Our "Boot
Camp" style classes can include body weight exercises, dumbbells, bands, small balls and more. Activities include fat burning conditioning, upper and lower body strength training and each class ends
with a cool-down and stretch. No two classes are the same! Modifications are available for all exercises.
Typically the classes focus on a theme each day of the week:
Monday: Cardio
Tuesday: Upper Body
Wednesday: Cardio
Thursday: Lower Body
Friday is known as Potpourri Friday-could be anything!
The investment for Fit Challenge is $20/class for drop ins or $125/month for unlimited per month-which includes recordings of classes by request (in
case you miss a class). Recordings are available for 30 days. Reach out for more information and to register.
